Common questions
How does the monthly subscription work?
You pay ₹499 via Razorpay. Once payment is verified (usually within a few hours), we activate your Basic tier for 30 days. You can pay again next month to continue, or upgrade to Pro for the whole year.
What happens when my Basic month expires?
The system automatically downgrades your account to Free at the end of your paid period. All your progress and quiz scores are preserved — you just lose access to Intermediate modules until you renew.
Is the ₹4,999/year a subscription or one-time?
Currently a one-time annual payment — you pay once, get Pro access for 365 days. We may add auto-renewal later. No surprise charges.
What if I fail a quiz?
Retry unlimited times. We show the correct answer and an explanation after each question. Pass with 70%+ to mark the module complete. Scores are saved per module; your best attempt counts.
Can I get a refund?
7-day full refund if you've completed less than 20% of your tier's content. Email support@ringsafe.in.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes, all prices include 18% GST. GST invoice available on request.
